Brecon Honey Smash

Ingredients

  • 40ml Charlie Parry’s Honey Bourbon Liqueur
  • 25ml Charlie Parry’s Blended or Straight Bourbon
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Blackberry Puree or Syrup

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients into a Shaker
  2. Shake well with ice
  3. Double Strain into a Rocks Glass
  4. Garnish and Serve
