Ingredients

  • 60ml Charlie Parry’s Straight or Blended Bourbon
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Simple syrup
  • 1 Dash of Egg white

Steps

  1. Shake all ingredients vigorously in shaker (Dry shake if using egg)
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over large ice
