London Calling

Ingredients

• 40ml Mallows Orange & Pomegranate Gin
• 15ml Fino Sherry
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• 10ml or 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 2 dashes of Orange bitters

Steps

1. Add your gin and chosen vermouth to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
2. Stir until chilled and diluted to your liking.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with lemon zest, olive, or pickle.
