Southside Royale

Ingredients

• 40ml Mallows Dry Gin
• 20ml Lime juice
• 25ml Sugar syrup 1:1
• 25ml Sparkling wine
• 5 Mint leaves

Steps

1. Add gin, lime juice, sugar and mint to your cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and add your sparkling wine
4. Garnish with a mint leaf
