Di Nulla Amaretto Sour

Ingredients

• 45ml Di Nulla Amaretto
• 20ml Welsh vodka
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 15ml Welsh Honey Syrup
• 1 Egg White or 20ml Aquafaba
• 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Steps

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Dry shake for about 10 seconds to emulsify egg white or Aquafaba
3. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled
4. Fine Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with a lemon wheel, a sprinkle of almond flakes and a small edible flower or thyme sprig
