Espresso Cymru

Ingredients

• 50ml Mallows Coffee Flavoured Liqueur
• 25ml Fresh Espresso
• 10ml Vanilla Syrup
• 20ml Mallows Vodka
• 15ml Welsh cream liqueur

Steps

1. Chill a martini or coupe glass by filling it with ice and setting aside.
2. In a shaker, combine the coffee vodka liqueur, espresso, vanilla syrup, cream liqueur and Welsh vodka.
3. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create a creamy foam.
4. Discard ice from your glass and fine-strain the mixture in.
5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans and a dusting of cocoa.
