Pineapple Rum Fizz

Ingredients

  • 45ml Rummers Pineapple Rum
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 20ml Simple syrup
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Soda water

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients except soda into a shaker
  2. Shake well 
  3. Strain over cubed ice into a high ball glass
  4. Top with soda, gentle stir and enjoy
