Mountain Mist Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml Welsh Agave Spirit
  • 20ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Agave syrup
  • 1 Egg white or 20ml Aquafaba
  • A dash of Rhubarb bitters

Steps

  1. Dry shake all ingredients for foam for approximately 10 seconds
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Strain into coupe
  4. Add garnish
