Smoked Port Talbot Negroni

Ingredients

• 30ml Welsh Agave Spirit (Loquito)
• 30ml Vermouth Rosso
• 30ml Campari
• A dash of Smoked Bitters (or Mezcal)

Steps

1. Stir in mixing glass with ice
2. Strain into rocks glass with large ice (preferably one large cube)
3. Express orange oils from Peel, add the garnish
