The Amaretto Sour
Made with Di Nulla Amaretto & Parry’s Cask Strength Bourbon
Ingredients:

45ml Di Nulla Amaretto

25ml Parry’s Cask Strength Bourbon

30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 teaspoon of rich simple syrup

15ml egg white
-
Garnish: wheel of orange and/or glacé cherries
Steps:

Add the Amaretto, Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake (no ice) for 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with 1 wheel of orange and/or 1 glacé cherry.
