The Amaretto Sour

Made with Di Nulla Amaretto & Parry’s Cask Strength Bourbon


  • 45ml Di Nulla Amaretto

  • 25ml Parry’s Cask Strength Bourbon

  • 30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 teaspoon of rich simple syrup

  • 15ml egg white

  • Garnish: wheel of orange and/or glacé cherries



  1. Add the Amaretto, Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake (no ice) for 15 seconds.

  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

  3. Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with 1 wheel of orange and/or 1 glacé cherry.
