Terms and Conditions for #VWD iPad Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

  • This competition is open to all legal residents of Great Britain who are 18 years or older, except employees, agents, or affiliates of Mallows Beverages and their immediate families.
  • No purchase is necessary. Entry is open to anyone who scans the QR code on the back of a #VWD Blue Raspberry or #VWD Orange & Mango pack, regardless of whether they have purchased the product.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter, simply scan the QR code located on the back of a #VWD Blue Raspberry or #VWD Orange & Mango product pack.
  • Follow the link provided through the QR code, and complete the entry form.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
  • By entering, you are giving Mallows Beverages permission to add you to our mailing database.

3. Competition Period:

  • The competition begins on 1 November 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on 31 March 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. Prize:

  • One (1) winner will receive an iPad 10th Generation (2022). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 14 days of the competition end date.
  • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

6. Privacy and Data Use:

  • Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
  • Mallows Beverages will handle all data according to its Privacy Policy, available at https://mallowsbeverages.com/policies/privacy-policy. 

7. General:

  • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
  • By participating, entrants give permission to be added to our mailing list.
  • Mallows Beverages reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason.
  • This competition is governed by the laws of Great Britain, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in British courts.
